The year begins.
Blank pages await.
How shall I fill them?
I write my own story.
Each day I am given a new page.
The book begins to take form.
Will the story be a worthy one?
I want to use my gifts wisely.
Each page is a fresh start.
I do not write in isolation.
The story and the day await.
They must be filled.

Your words are still so meaningful as we approach 2021. The world is changed forever due to the pandemic. We have had much time to reevaluate our lives while we self-quarantine. The new year arrives as an open book of opportunities. Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your ideas.
